Je n'ai pas reçu ma commande! la notification de DHL dit que j'ai refusé de la prendre alors que le livreur n'est jamais venu! Le service client de DHL et du vendeur est inexistant! Des numéro de téléphone en Allemagne donc payant pour moi qui suis en France, pas de possibilité de parler en français. Résultat, pas de commande, pas de remboursement et personne à contacter.

Finalement je reçois un mail hier matin de DHL pour demander mon adresse, un numéro de téléphone (informations que j'avais déjà donné Lors de la commande), pour qu'à 16 Heures le même le statut de mon colis soit "renvoyé à l'expéditeur". Bref. Très décevant et frustrant. C'est la deuxième fois que je commande chez ce vendeur et franchement plus jamais ! Dans tous les cas je veux un remboursement et je ne vais pas lâcher l'affaire. Soit vous me faites un remboursement soit je veux la commande!
