Shipping and return costs are your responsibility, unless of course it is an error on our part. Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.

If your package is damaged: you must refuse it and ask to return it so we can resend it.

If you only notice that a product has been damaged after accepting your package, take a photo and send it to , an advisor will contact you as soon as possible for the exchange procedure. The procedure is simple:
