Return and exchange
GT World of Beauty is committed to the quality of the items offered.
If, despite all our efforts, your purchases do not give you complete satisfaction, we will exchange or refund you without any justification on your part.
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return the product(s). intact and complete in the original packaging.
You can email us at to request an exchange on an item.You will specify on this occasion whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Shipping and return costs are your responsibility, unless of course it is an error on our part. Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.
If your package is damaged: you must refuse it and ask to return it so we can resend it.
If you only notice that a product has been damaged after accepting your package, take a photo and send it to , an advisor will contact you as soon as possible for the exchange procedure. The package number, the inspection slip, the condition of the contents and the packaging must appear on the photos.

The procedure is simple:
- In the original packaging, complete, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
- A package returned without a customer number and/or order number cannot be processed. For hygiene reasons, underwear, wigs and hairpieces that have been worn, accessories (caps, scarves, combs, brushes, Curlformers, etc.), and massage gloves are neither returned nor exchanged. Items returned open, incomplete, damaged, damaged, or soiled are not accepted.
- We will ship the requested exchanged products as soon as we receive your return. In the case of a refund, we will, at your convenience, issue a credit to your bank account, your PayPal account, or we will send you a bank check addressed to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address.
